The Challenge: Navigating an Outdated Digital Experience

Velocity Credit Union’s existing website was outdated, making it difficult for users to find information quickly and navigate essential banking services. The site lacked a modern design, suffered from inconsistent branding, and was not fully optimized for mobile devices.
