The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) represents propane companies and their customers across the United States, advocating for clean energy innovation. NPGA supports its members through education, advocacy, and industry leadership.
NPGA’s website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked the functionality required to support its members effectively. The organization needed a modern digital experience that streamlined communication, improved accessibility, and provided a robust platform for members to access critical resources.
Through a user-first approach, we redesigned NPGA’s website to enhance usability, introduce new functionalities, and create a seamless experience for diverse user groups. The transformation included a custom event calendar, private member areas, and an intuitive navigation system.
The redesigned NPGA website significantly improved member engagement and usability. Users now have an intuitive, accessible platform that enhances their ability to connect with industry resources and events. The addition of private member areas and a custom event calendar elevated the overall experience, fostering greater interaction within the propane industry.
